After the Bantu people, the Dinkas are the second largest population in the sub-Saharan Great Lakes regions. The Dinkas are the tallest people in Africa. Robert Sepehr provides an astonishing rare 15 minute footage on the pre-colonial Dinkas’ culture.

Robert Sepehr:

Sudan is a country in Northeast Africa, bordered by Egypt to the north, Libya to the northwest, Chad to the west, the Central African Republic to the southwest, Ethiopia to the southeast, and the Red Sea to the northeast. The Dinka people live in the savanna country surrounding the central swamps of the Nile basin primarily in South Sudan. Primarily pastoralists, they live very close to their cows, which were introduced into Africa from Eurasia several millennia ago.

It would be even more interesting to know of their culture prior to the introduction of cattle to Africa from Eurasia!

The study of genetics is a more recent tool in the study of human evolution. Old worn theories being perpetuated as ‘facts’ are no longer viable yet still being taught and promoted. This implies political motives rule over scientific accuracy. The following 15 minute video holds a few surprises.
